About Me
My name is Dimitriy Nenashev, PhD (Adult Education).
I create science-informed wellness education — a practical approach to lifestyle, recovery, and daily performance. I also have professional training in nutrition science and neurobiology, and I have completed 1,000+ hours of training in practical epigenetics. The science of epigenetics explains how lifestyle factors—sleep, nutrition, movement, stress load, and recovery—influence how your body maintains and renews itself over time.

How did my journey begin? Between the ages of 25 and 35, I experienced what many people face during this stage of life: reduced energy, weight gain, recurring aches and discomfort, and the frustration of advice that sounded good but wasn’t actionable. That period became my turning point—pushing me to study deeply and build a clear, structured understanding of what actually works in real life. I earned my PhD at Moscow State University of Technology and Management, focusing on how adults learn effectively and sustain habit change.

Alongside my academic work, I studied modern research across physiology-related fields, with a practical focus on everyday wellbeing. My learning also took me abroad. I lived in Asia, including time in Rishikesh (India), where I studied yoga and meditation practices, and I traveled across 40+ countries, learning diverse approaches to self-regulation and lifestyle consistency. Over time, I organized what I learned into a clear, practical system.

Important Note
This course is educational and wellness-focused and does not replace professional medical care. Individual results vary. No diagnosis. No treatment. No medical claims.
My approach is science-informed and non-medical. It focuses on practical lifestyle education — how to build a daily environment that supports energy, recovery, and consistent wellbeing.
Methodology
The core idea
The foundation of my methodology: self-respect leads to self-care.
Modern life pulls attention in every direction — the future, the past, work, family. But when you support your own wellbeing, you gain more clarity, patience, and capacity for what matters most.
This methodology is built around comfortable, realistic improvements:
  • Nutrition: gentle upgrades and adding enjoyable, nutrient-dense foods (no extremes)
  • Movement: pleasant, sustainable activity without exhausting routines
  • Recovery: sleep, stress load, and daily rhythm
The practical foundation
Self-care works best when three areas stay in balance:
  • Body: strength, comfort, posture, daily energy
  • Emotions: steadier mood, better self-regulation, healthier relationships
  • Mind: clarity, focus, and ongoing personal development
Stay in balance principle
  • Balance beats extremes. Sustainable wellbeing is built through consistent fundamentals.
  • Simple can be powerful. Small actions, repeated daily, create noticeable shifts over time.
  • Education over dependence. The goal is to help you understand what works for you — and why.
Guiding principles
My PhD in Adult Education helps me turn complex ideas into clear, practical steps.
